Twin City Coin Laundry Story,

In 1996 Systems Engineering Group Inc. (SEG) was started by Tom Weinrich as a computer consulting business servicing large companies. After a few years Tom decided to focus on small to medium size companies. Tom found that working with smaller companies he was able to deal one on one with the owners making it easier to provide better service and eliminating the politics larger companies have to go through. SEG is now providing the most modern up to date technology and services to many local business owners throughout Jefferson County as well as St. Louis and the surrounding areas.

In Late 2001 Tom expanded his interests and started dealing in commercial laundry equipment. Tom started selling used commercial laundry equipment for several customers that are in the laundry business via the internet. After 10 years of selling and learning about commercial laundry equipment and the laundry business Tom found himself with a unique opportunity of purchasing the House Springs Laundry. The former owner of the House Springs Laundry had decided to move out of town and was planning to close the laundry as he could not find a buyer. Tom and his wife Stephanie felt that closing the laundry would be bad for the community and came to an agreement to buy the laundry. After purchasing the Laundry they decided several changes needed to be made and started by lowering the prices by 25%, increasing the hours of operation and eliminating the card system that was troublesome for many people by turning it into a coin operated laundry with the help of the local Dexter distributor (SQS Laundry Systems). In order to provide better service to their customers the following changes have been made: they have added an ATM machine with low fees for your convenience, Satellite TV, upgraded the Heating and Cooling systems for a more comfortable laundry experience, FREE WI-FI, New Video games, better lighting in the parking lot, LED lighting inside, enhanced CCTV and security systems and even a comment box so you can let them know how they are doing. Tom and Stephanie hope to provide a clean, safe and updated laundry for House Springs and surrounding areas and would like to thank everyone for their business.

After making the House Springs Coin Laundry a great asset to the community of Jefferson County we sought out to do more. After years of looking we found the next laundry that we wanted to make great again. That was the Crystal Clean Laundromat.. This laundry had been niglected for many years. So with the help from the local Dexter distributor (SQS Inc.) we have come up with a comprehensive plane to revamp the laundry. First renaming it to Twin City Coin Laundry to represent the local community. Then we replaced all the foren made washers and dryers with brand new American Made Dexter equipment. Upgraded the HVAC, New Lighting inside and out, New 4K CCTV Systems, Free High Speed WiFi, Low cost ATM, and lots more.
